Students interested in transferring previously completed coursework credit to Foothill College should submit an official Transcript Evaluation request.
To be eligible, a student mu st meet the following requirements:

**For a transcript, AP or IB Exam to be official it must be sent electronically from the sending institution to Foothill College OR mailed directly to Foothill College by the originating institution.
All U.S. based transcripts from a regionally accredited college or university are eligible for an official evaluation. Eligible completed coursework appearing on the transcript will be reviewed for course equivalency, general education requirements, including local general education, IGETC, and CSU Breadth; major core coursework requirements; etc. Upon completion, DegreeWorks will be updated to reflect all applicable transferred coursework and/or credit.

Transferability of foreign coursework is limited. For more information regarding foreign coursework, please contact a counselor.
Veterans may request an official evaluation of their DD-214 military service record. It is highly recommended that you consult with a veterans counsler before submitting this request.
Once we have received your request it will be processed in the order received.
